What is your quality guarantee?
How can you offer such low prices without compromising quality?

This is the most commonly asked question. We are one of the largest wholesale custom pet product manufacturers in the industry. Higher volume allows us to get materials and supplies directly from manufacturers at low prices. Optimum access to printing in and outside of the USA helps us keep our overhead costs low. We believe in passing these savings on to our customers.

Can I get additional discounts on my order?

Our prices are already heavily discounted (up to 93%) compared to many other online and offline retailers in addition to that we do run specials for a limited time. Sign up for our newsletter to get exclusive access to those offers.

I have a large commercial order. Can you give me an even bigger discount?

Yes, we offer even more attractive rates for large and bulk orders. Please contact our sales department at sales@mypetcrew.com.

What if I change my order?

If you request any changes or additions to your current order after it has been fulfilled, there is a chance your order may be delayed.

How much does shipping cost?

We use UPS and FedEx to deliver all our goods — we offer the fastest "ORDER TO DELIVERY" time in the industry. We take pride in the fact that we have over 99.98% on-or before-time deliveries.

Standard Shipping:

  • $9.99 for orders up to $69.00
  • Free shipping on order over $69.00.
  • Delivery in 8 to 10 business days*

Express Shipping:

  • $14.99 for orders up to $79.00
  • 20% of order value if order is between $79.00-$149.00
  • 12% of order value if order is between $149.00-$199.00
  • 10% of order value if order is above $199.00
  • Delivery in 5 to 7 business days*

Currently we do not offer One-day or Two-day shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Our products are generally produced in 24 to 48 hours after a pre-production proof is approved. Depending on the type of shipping method selected, you can usually expect your order to arrive in ##priorityDay to ##standardDay business days.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes. Please contact us for shipping information to locations outside the United States.

What is your return policy?

How can I request a reprint OR refund?

MyPetCrew believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If you find defects in any of our products, we will resolve those defects. This includes any defects in an original manufacturer's materials. If you receive a defective product, we will either replace your product or fix it at our cost.

If you require a reprint or refund, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as descriptive as you can when emailing us an image of the defective product). Please contact us at cs@mypetcrew.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns Procedure: Email photos of the damaged product(s) to cs@mypetcrew.com. We will review within 24 hours, and if found to be the result of a manufacturer’s defect, a Return Authorization number will be issued to you, and then you may return the defective product(s).

Returns Window: Returns are accepted within 90 days from receipt of order.

Refund Method: Refunds shall be issued on your credit card or PayPal account from which the order was paid. This is generally done within 7 business days.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are paid by MyPetCrew.

How many colors can I use?

While many online printers restrict the number of colors, photos, and graphics you can use, we have no restrictions or limits on these. We can print as many colors as you want.

What are the recommended file/artwork upload specifications?

Acceptable Formats: JPG (High Resolution JPEG), TIFF (High Resolution TIFF), .BMP, .PNG

Vector Files: Line art is scalable to any size; it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Because of this, it can be submitted at any size that is in proportion to your product size.

Raster Files/Images: Depending on the resolution and pixel base, images like .JPG, .TIFF, .BMP, .PNG become blurry when enlarged. If submitting these files, please follow the guidelines below:

  • 100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
  • 50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
  • 25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
  • 10% scale at 600-1200 dpi recommended

Thumbnail-sized .jpg and .gif files are not at a high enough resolution to use on large prints like pet portraits.

Set the size in proportion to the exact size product you are ordering.

Can I get a custom size pet portrait?

Yes. We can do virtually any size canvas you want starting from 8"x8" to 54"x54".

Do you do vertical print canvas?

Yes, we can do vertical print canvas.

What if the color on a pet portrait is not as I expected?

Our printers are calibrated accurately to print the correct colors. Our products are printed RGB (Red, Green, Blue) as opposed to CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black), and we will make every effort to match the color of your design. In rare cases, some colors might have slight variations, which is not considered a production error. We will not issue refunds, nor accept returns for misunderstandings due to color, depth, or tone. We are not responsible for differences, either real or perceived, between the appearance of the product on your screen and the final printed piece. We will address this situation on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure to put special instructions if you are very specific about a particular color.

What if my order was not delivered at the guaranteed time?

As noted on the Website, delivery time is guaranteed for print-ready files. If you need a proof, that will add at least one day. We ship all our orders UPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the UPS as it's out of our control. If we fail to ship in time for a guaranteed delivery date, we will refund shipping cost on the order. Please mention in the special instructions if you need to have your products by a certain date.

I'm not comfortable using my credit card on the Internet. Can I order by phone or fax?

Small orders can only be processed online using a credit card or PayPal account, not by phone or fax. We will, however, make some exceptions for large orders.

Please note: Our Website has state-of-the-art security features. All credit card processing is handled with the utmost security. We do not retain, file, or even view any customers' credit card information.

What are Wall Displays?

Wall displays are a select group of canvases that you can order for a special price. They are generally meant to cover the whole wall or an area of a room. You can order multiple images on multiple canvas groupings. When you select Wall Displays, you have to then select between the different configurations of canvas.

What are Split Canvas prints?

A split canvas breaks one image into different canvases or panels, and when viewed together they create a stunning singular vision. Once you upload your images and select the required size, our team of expert designers will do the required sizing, adjustments, and manipulations to transform your images into split canvas works of art.

Can I convert a color image into black and white or sepia?

On your order form, you will have the option to convert color images into either black and white or sepia-toned images. Our team of expert designers will make sure your photos and images are converted beautifully.

Do you provide pre-production Proofs?

Yes. For an additional charge of $1.99, we will provide you with a proof of your image before processing your order.

What is the difference between Rolled Canvas, Hanging Canvas, Thin Wrap and Thick Gallery Wrap?

Rolled Canvas: These canvases come printed as an entire roll. They are not stretched or framed. This is the most affordable option if you intend to frame your canvases yourself.

Hanging Canvas: These canvases are neither stretched nor rolled. Simply unpack them and hang them on your home or office walls.

Thin Wrap: These canvases are pre-stretched on .75" thick wooden frames. They have a thin, sleek, and finished look and are ready to hang as is or with a frame of your choice.

Thick Wrap: These canvases are pre-stretched on 1.5" thick wooden frames. The thick edges have a very contemporary and professional look and are ready to hang.

What goes on the sides of my canvas?

Normal pictures are two-dimensional, whereas canvases are three-dimensional. We can print solid colors on the canvas edges, extend the image itself over the edge (image wrap), or mirror part of the image over the edge (mirror wrap).

If you have important features on the canvas, we suggest you take the mirror finish option so you don’t lose any of the important parts of the image in the wrap. For all other images, you can go with either of the options.

What is the canvas material that you use?

We use specially manufactured cotton blend canvas for archival printing.

What are Metal Prints?

Metal prints are printed on aluminum using our state-of-the-art UV ink printers. Metal prints have a very contemporary look and are popular in homes as well as in retail and corporate settings.

What is the material used in Metal Prints?

We use 3mm - 6 mm (depending on the size) specially engineered aluminum for UV printing. It is manufactured to last for many years and should hold the colors and textures indefinitely.

What size pet portraits can I order?

Any size between 8"x8" to 54" x 54".

Note: All prints manufactured by MyPetCrew are handmade and might have a +/- 1 Inch variation from the size ordered.

What are Photo Boards?

Photo Boards are prints using thick and sturdy reinforced PVC photo material. These are also printed using our state-of-the-Art UV printers.

What is the material used in Photo Boards?

We use a ¼-inch thick, dense foam core material specially designed for UV printing.

What is the Peel and Stick option?

The Peel and Stick prints are produced on a specially engineered vinyl material with a low-tack adhesive glue on the back that leaves no residue when applied or removed.

What is the maximum size you offer?

The maximum size we offer for the Peel and Stick and canvas banner option is 58 in. x 100 in.

What is the printing technology you use for peel and stick prints?

The printing technology used for the Peel and Stick option is eco-solvent and latex inks.
